No Smoking, Alcohol, or Vaping
Any violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the event.

No Animals Allowed
Animals are not permitted on the event grounds, except for registered service and support animals.

Event Accessibility
We aim to provide an inclusive event, with specific accommodations for individuals with mobility disabilities. Reserved disabled parking spaces and accessible toilet facilities will be available. However, please note that the event is held on grass at the Showgrounds, which may pose mobility challenges, especially in adverse weather.

Bag Checks
Event organisers and staff reserve the right to inspect the contents of bags. (follow the sign)

ATMs
There are no ATMs on-site, but you will find ATM facilities nearby at Muswellbrook Fair Shopping Centre, across the road from the Showgrounds.

Waste Management
Please help us maintain a clean environment by using the garbage bins placed throughout the event grounds.

Bicycles, Scooters, and Skateboards
For safety reasons, bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted at the event.

Photos and Videos
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. We encourage sharing your event photos on social media and tagging us @culturalspectacular. Please refrain from posting content that is defamatory, insulting, or inappropriate.

Parking
Limited free public parking is available on-site, with overflow parking on surrounding streets. Street parking is free, but please check local signage for any restrictions.

First Aid
A first aid tent will be available throughout the event, marked with a medical cross on the event map.

Food and Drinks
A variety of food and drink vendors will be available. While eskies and picnic hampers are not allowed, small snacks are permitted. We encourage you to support our vendors, and enjoy a free sausage sizzle during the day and hot soup in the evening.

Event Hours
The event begins at 1pm AEST on Saturday 14th September 2024 and concludes at 9pm the same day. Public entry is not allowed before 12:30pm.

Location
The event will be held at Muswellbrook Showgrounds, on the corner of the New England Highway and Rutherford Road, Muswellbrook. Google Maps Plus Code: PVCW+8J.

Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal items, as no lockers are provided. Please keep track of your belongings.

Mobile Phones
You are welcome to use mobile phones and smart devices, but network congestion may occur due to high attendance. No public WiFi is available on-site; the nearest free WiFi is at McDonald’s, 400m from the event.

Access to Shade
There is limited sun shelter, so we encourage attendees to wear hats and bring umbrellas. Tents and marquees are not allowed, and we recommend bringing SPF50+ sunscreen for protection.

Tickets
Event entry is free, and no tickets or pass-outs are required.

Toilets
Portable toilets, including accessible facilities, will be available.

Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in removal by security or police intervention.
